Well known as a dynamic speaker, Emerson has spoken to audiences across the spectrum, including the NFL owners and coaches, PGA players and their spouses at the Player’s Championship, and the New York Giants. Eric Metaxas, NY Times best-selling author wrote, "With his Love and Respect concept, Emerson Eggerichs has discovered what can only be described as the Holy Grail of marital counseling. It is an absolutely extraordinary and revolutionary -- and utterly biblical – understanding of marriage, and it was under our noses for two-thousand years, waiting for us to find it. On behalf of married couples the world over, I am thrilled someone finally did."

Prior to launching the Love and Respect Conferences, Emerson was the senior pastor of Trinity Church in Lansing, MI for nearly 20 years. Emerson and Sarah have been married since 1973 and have three adult children. He is the Founder and President of Love and Respect Ministries.
